It is a unanimous ruling of the Southwest Group that all persons pay admission to the show with the exception of members and those with complimentary tickets.
To avoid traffic congestion and provide ease of access to Rings, horse floats are to be parked on the eastern boundary.
Entry Fees covering all Hacking Events:
Ring A - $50.00 per horse
Ring B - $40.00 per horse
Competitors ONLY in classes 050-052 (Ring A) - $5.00 each event
Competitors ONLY in classes 089-092 (Ring B) - $5.00 each event
Competitors in the Pony Club classes MUST BE Financial Members of a Club affiliated with the PCAWA. They will be judged on grooming, care of gear and workout. Conformation of the horse and quality of gear will not count. Club Uniform must be worn. Current Membership Card must be produced at time of entry.
CURRENT SHOW HORSE COUNCIL HEIGHT CERTIFICATES MUST BE SHOWN AT TIME OF ENTRY FOR POINTS TO COUNT FOR ROYAL SHOW QUALIFICATION.

- No Stallions in Ring Events
- Show Hunters may compete in Rider Classes.
- Exhibitors and Competitors are strongly advised to obtain individual ambulance cover. Without such cover, individuals may be required to meet the cost of ambulance transport.
- ALL PONIES CAN BE RIDDEN BY RIDERS OF ANY AGE (Except Children's Classes - must be ridden by 17 years or under)
- All Competitors under 18 years must wear approved helmets in accordance with Hack Council (WA) Rules.
- The Society has the right to alter or delete any event on the Program

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our many sponsors, helpers and officials who have made this Show possible.
This event will be conducted by the MAYANUP HORSE & PONY CLUB in accordance with the current PCWA Rules, EA Australian Jumping Rules and FEI Jumping rules where the former do not apply. It is also covered by the PCWA Constitution, By-Laws and Policies found on the PCWA website: www.ponyclubwa.asn.au
MEDICAL: St. John Ambulance will be in attendance, compliant with current PCWA Minimum Medical Standards. All falls in competition or warm up must complete a PCWA Incident Report and be checked by a First Aid Officer (St. John) and be cleared for riding.
Class 1 to commence course walk at 9.30am - Classes will run in class order
Entries are available on line at www.nominate.com.au. Limited entries will be accepted on day, if any, and a $15 late fee will apply - cash only with Proof of PCWA membership
Horse/ rider combinations can enter three classes.
COMPETITION ATTIRE: Competition PCWA Club uniform/PCWA Open attire must be worn and white or beige/cream jodhpurs/breeches. When allowed to ride without jumpers, riders’ shirts must have long sleeves.
PARTICIPANTS MUST PROVIDE A HELPER. Self help allowed. A $20 helper bond will be charged on nomination and refunded on completion of your helper duty. A list will be available on nomination, gate people and poles (crash crew/course alteration).
STALLIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Show Day Entry to grounds must be paid at the gate

PROGRAM: The organisers reserve the right to change the classes and/or program without prior notice.
RUBBISH: All manure, hay and rubbish must be cleaned up around floats, trucks and yards before leaving competition grounds. It is not the responsibility of the event organisers to clean up what's left behind by individual participants.
REFUNDS & SCRATCHINGS: Entry fees will not be refunded after the closing date of entries unless a medical or veterinary certificate is produced within 5 days of the completion of the event. In such cases up to 50% of the entry fees may be retained by Mayanup Horse and Pony Club.
Entry fees will be refunded in full for withdrawals before the closing date.
Mayanup Horse and Pony Club CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that the organising committee has to cancel the event close to the date, once significant expenditure has been incurred, refunds will not necessarily be given. The Organising Committee will do their best to return as much as possible from entry fees remaining after costs have been paid.
