Entries to be delivered to Whistler Pavilion by 9.30am Monday 2 November 2026.
Alternatively, prior to Monday, Entries will be accepted by Stewards or Show Clerk.
NO EXHIBITS ACCEPTED AFTER 10.00am MONDAY 2 NOVEMBER 2026
ALL PICTURES MUST be equipped for hanging with securely attached cord or wire, but not necessarily framed.
An Entry may be RECLASSED if considered appropriate by the Judge.
“Novice”: A person who has never won a prize in that particular medium at the Upper Blackwood Agricultural Show.
Choose subject carefully – strong subject composition will provide better work.
All care will be taken of Exhibits but the Upper Blackwood Agricultural Society
accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to Entries.
