Dinninup Show Entries Online
The Dinninup Show has moved to an online program with Showday Online for show entries, which we hope makes Exhibiting easier and allows you more time to enter a greater number of Exhibits!

Printed Entry Forms (found at the back of the Schedule or printable below) are still accepted as usual, but online entries are the preferred method of entry.
The new program will accept all entries online for most sections of the Show.
Sections C (Cattle) and Show Jumping will still take Entries as per their usual way (refer to relevant section pages).

Please note:
- You will need to create an account with Showday Online in order to enter.
- Your entry tickets for all sections will be emailed to you. Print these these to attach to your Exhibit as normal. Entries will not be accepted without a valid Entry Ticket.
- Sections A, B, D, E and H should be entered using the ‘Farm Animal’ Category.
- All other Sections should use the ‘Indoor / Display’ Category.

~ Entries, Closing & Exhibit Information ~
- The SCHEDULE is either available online or around town from September. Look through all the Sections you are interested in. Read the Section(s) carefully. Choose the Classes you are likely to enter. The Steward’s contact details are also given for any inquiries you may have, plus hints and suggestions for Entries. Take note of any specific requirements which must be met (such as how Entry is presented, etc.)
- Closing dates for entry of exhibits are given at the top of each relevant Section.
Entry on the day applies to Dog High Jump.
LATE ENTRIES will ONLY be accepted on Show morning for Section D - Ring Events, Section E - Horses Halter & Breed, and Section J - Floriculture.

If you are unable to enter online, Entry Forms are at the back of the Schedule or can be printed from the website.
Fill in the form with relevant details and include Entry Fee. Printed Entry Forms can be:
(a) Emailed to: [email protected]
(b) Lodged in person with the Show Clerk who will be in attendance at The SHOW OFFICE in Boyup Brook (place to be advised in the October "Boyup Gazette") on Thursday 31 October 2024 between 10.00am and 4.00pm
(c) Mailed to: The Show Clerk, P.O. Box 80, Boyup Brook. W.A. 6244 - must be received by Thursday 31 October 2024 - You will receive an Exhibit Ticket for each exhibit. This must be affixed to, or placed with, your exhibit according to the instructions of the Steward. These will be emailed to you or printed, depending on your method of entry.
- Have your entries at the Show early so that they can be displayed for the Judges. Note the close of entry acceptance time at top of Section.
- In most cases, the Judges will enter their duties at 9.30am and exhibitors and the public may be excluded while judging is in progress. All venues will be open by 12 noon.
- Exhibitors can collect prize money from Treasurer’s Office after 2.00pm. Prize money will be kept for 7 days after the Show then revert back to general funds. TROPHIES are presented at the Office at 3.45pm on Show Day.
- Exhibits can be removed from their places from 5.00pm.
